GRAPE VARIETY
Blend of Grenache, Syrah from plot n°23 and Mourvèdre from plot n°18.
GROUND
Mixture of red-brown clay and silver shale on the heights of Cap Bénat.
WINEMAKING
Hand-picked and hand-sorted. Vatting of the whole grapes and punching down of the cap. Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts, malolactic fermentation for softness. Bottling in 600 litre half muid and 2500 litre barrels. Aged on lees for 12 months

A beautiful intense ruby colour with purple highlights.
BY NOSE
Beautiful notes of spices, liquorice, white pepper, elderberry and violet. The aromas evolve towards precious woods and an ashy side.
ON THE PALATE
Fresh and greedy attack. An explosion of violets and spices. Sustained and silky tannins. The presence of mourvèdre brings depth and freshness.
