The wine-making methods at Château Malherbe reflect the commitment of the Ferrari family.
Making and distributing wines entails respecting our terroir, our history, choosing exacting methods and perpetuating ancestral savoir-faire while introducing modern technology.

We get the best of the vines by limiting yields to 35 hl/ha.

The grapes are thinned by green harvesting so that the vines put all their energy into the remaining grapes.

All our grapes are harvested by hand.

Local grass varieties are planted between the rows of vines.

Our wines are 100% organic and are bottled at the vineyard.
