Tasting notes

Lovely salmon pink colour. Discreet aromas of peony, deliciously lively on the palate. Frank, supple attack. Good acidity and tension on the finish. Beautifully complex with aromas of litchi, mango, rose and raspberry. A long spicy finish with pepper, cardamom and a hint of liquorice.

Serving temperature: 14°C.

Food pairing

Chicken curry with coconut, pasta with sweet peppers and spicy goat cheese, Lebanese hummus, spicy vegetable turnovers, quail tajine.
