Glittering pale yellow colour. Elegant, complex nose with aromas of quince, apricot, fresh verbena with a lemon finish. Envelops the palate with fine acidity, and mineral and fruity notes such as blood orange, pineapple and lemon confit. Serving temperature: 14°C to 15°C.
Scallop carpaccio, smoked trout, tartar of oysters, sushi and sashimi, sea bream baked in salt, monkfish with cream or roasted sea bass with fennel.
