GRAPE VARIETY
A mix of Rolle from parcel n°19 and Sémillon from parcel n°20.
GROUND
Mixture of red-brown clay and silver shale on the heights of Cap Bénat.
WINEMAKING
Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed. Fermentation with natural yeasts. Malolactic fermentation for softness. Aged on lees in 600 litre demi-muid and 2500 litre Stockinger barrels for 12 months.

A beautiful, brilliant golden colour.
BY NOSE
Rich aromas of fruit: peaches, ripe apricots and mirabelle plum. Notes of dried flowers and fresh figs. Scents of the garrigue.
ON THE PALATE
A fresh, rich and spherical attack. A wine with a balance between richness and freshness. Beautiful bitters at the end of the mouth which give this wine a very nice length.
TASTING NOTES
Aperitifs, Fish, Cheese, White meat.
