A pale pink colour, bright and brilliant.
BY NOSE
A fresh and intense wine, punctuated by citrus notes: grapefruit and lemon. It then opens up to ripe white fruit: pears and peaches. The aromatic palette is completed by notes of garrigue and rosemary, reminiscent of Provence.
ON THE PALATE
The mouth is fresh and zesty. Ripe fruit flavours (peach) and crunchy touches of strawberry balance the tasting. The finish is long with lovely minerality, reflecting the Pointe du Diable terroir.
